Carlo Kemp, a defensive end at Fairview High School in Boulder, Colorado, comes from a distinguished football family. His grandfather, Sam Pagano, coached at the school for 21 years and won three state titles, while his uncles Chuck and John Pagano became NFL coaches.

Standing 6-foot-3 and 260 pounds, Carlo has embraced the weight of his family's football tradition. His senior year became even more meaningful when his younger brother Mariano joined him on the varsity roster, allowing the brothers to share the field together.
